As an international student in Canada need proof of fund for PNP?

I am presently doing a PG study here in Toronto. Please do I need proof of fund to apply for PNP? If yes, must it be in my account?

They want to know how you are going to be economically stable to settle in Canada.
Which means that international graduates would better get a job for applying PR

Then you don't qualify to apply for PR in Ontario. You need to wait until you've finished school and have a full time job offer.
