as an international student for graduate certificate which province is better

Hello,I am from,India and have applied for some,colleges in ontario and also in BC,but few people are saying BC is good as there is exempted from LMIA for PR,also few suggest that Bc is not good for migration as less jobs and poverty.This made me confused as I need to select one state from this two and my priorities are PR and job in business field.I also feel worried if I go for ontario ,I might not get a good reason as need to be proved for foreign employee for LMIA .Also if I select BC I would go for castlegar(selkirk college)

it will be really helpful if Anyone would like to share a thought on this topic
