As a parent applying citizenship with my minors together, do I have to submit Representative Form?

In regard to the question #11 on the minors form :"Are you appointing an individual, firm or organization as your representative? Yes or No"
Me and my kids are permanent residents who are applying for citizenship together, wondering if I should submit the Representative Form(IMM5476E) appointing myself as representative for my kids? Thanks a lot!
