as a dependent children - is he/she allowed to work after i submitted application?
he was a full time student until he was 22. but 2 mos from now, he was recently employed - and we jus received a yesterday a letter from immigration
that they need to submit their passport for visa purposes.
did he just took a wrong move? or the bearing as a dependent children will definitely not be affected as he was a full time student since before age 22.
please share or give me some of ur ideas mam and sir.

Who qualifies as a "Dependent Child"?
Children under the age of 22 years, who do not have a spouse or a common law partner at the time that the application is submitted. They must remain unmarried until they arrive in Canada in order to be considered a dependent child. Also, a dependent child may be a child who has been continuously enrolled as a full-time student since before the age of 22 OR a child with a disability that is financially dependent on a parent since before age 22.
