I lost my brother-in-law (sister's husband) recently, he was just 44.
He is remembered by my sister (44) and her two daughters (19 & 15).

Although, I have two other sisters and their families to support my sister back home, I would like to sponsor my sister and her daughters to come to Canada for a brighter future.

My sister is an entrepreneur and my nieces are studying (university & high-school). I am a citizen here in Canada, and I wish to bring them here and live with us.

Is this feasible?
Please advise thoughts, process or next steps to move forward.

Do you have a spouse, kids, or any other family living in Canada? Or are your parents still alive?

If answer is yes to either, then you don't qualify to sponsor your sister. She would need to qualify for and immigrate independently though an economic stream.
