Arriving in canada

Hi guys. I got my canada vistor visa .. when i applied.. i mentioned there i will vist canada 15 April to 30 april.. but now i wana come late .. is there any issue.. of coming late .. do immigration ask me in canada why i come late.. and second thing... i m graduate from india and done diploma of community services from Australia..can change my vistor visa into ..study visa or work .visa.. which is better option.. plz guide

No issue coming a bit later. Be prepared to give a reasonable explanation if asked by CBSA.
No, you can't just turn visitor visa into study/work visa.
