Arrived in Canada, How long Can i work?

I recently arrived in Canada, and my Program starts on September 5th. I know that I'm not allowed to worked until my program begins, but how many hours can I work once the program starts?
I applied for a Study Permit on March and got it approved in May. So can I work More than 20 Hours or only 20 Hours?

You are limited to 20 hours per week once your program starts. The public policy only applied to those who had submitted their applications to IRCC on or before October 7, 2022.
