I heard back from my immigration lawyer today, they informed me that MIDI has indeed processed and issued some CSQ's following the court orders. So hang in tight.. and hope for the best for all.

"according to evidence presented to the court, the Quebec immigration Ministry processes between 1,000 and 2,000 skilled worker immigration applications a month. While the minister recently made it plain during public hearings on Bill 9 that he will not order the immigration Ministry to add supplementary resources to deal with the backlog, Cliche-Rivard believes that by the end of June about 10,000-12,000 skilled worker immigration applications will remain to be processed.'"

It seems impossible. They can process 6000 files in the following 3.5 month?

Excuse, you talked with them in English or French? I can't speak French so I am wondering whether I can make a call.
Thanks.
