Arrima system paused until backlog of unprocessed files

Hi Guys ....
I have just heard that Quebec has paused the Arrima system and it will remain paused until a backlog of around 18000 unprocessed applications is cleared... any news or updates please share
But I'm not sure if this 18000 is all old system (Mon Project) applications or both Arrima and Mon Project

The suspension is in effect until Quebec’s ministry for immigration is able to work through a backlog of previous applications.

Jolin-Barrette’s announcement revealed Quebec’s plan to suspend the Arrima online portal, until a backlog of 18,139 unprocessed files can be brought under control. The backlog represents files from as long ago as 2005.

The suspension of Arrima means that applicant profiles created through the system will not be selected to move forward until older applications are worked through. However, the Arrima portal is still open to new expressions of interest (EOIs).

I mean midi firstly should be clear the backlog.. Else it's a big mistake for the previous applicants.. Some are waiting since 2011..I think midi should have take this decision very much earlier.. At least they opened their eyes on previous ppl now on... If they clearly do this continuously there won't be a traffic like this...
 
2014,2015,2016, candidates are waiting for csq, as per recent reports from there is 15000 files are pending to clear

I apply in June 2016 still wait for treatment , I have one question when I submit my file my elder daughter age is 12 years & younger was 9 years , I got 8 points for children, now after 2 years
7 months is any change in children points.
