Anybody please...

Just try to arrange all your documents according to the checklist... One additional thing I did was to use colorful "stick-on" paper on each checklist to make it easier to review. Just my thots !

Thanks pyramid,

I am planning to attached the checklist and will be Labelling after each set of documents (such as education documents, work experience documents, IELTS, PCC, Settlement Funds).

Also planning to highlight the names on documents such as Birth Certificates, Marriage Certificates, so that it would be easy to identify the documents and will be faster.

Any other members , please share ur views.

Hi coolguy

first of all, be patient. As you have started arranging full docs, i assume that you have downloaded the Visa Office Specific requirements. make a copy of that document, go through the check list one by one, mark the documents you have in your hand and those you don't have. It would make your work simple and easy, and you can arrange the documents in a systematic way.

If there is any discrepancy or you think that you need to explain something, please write an explanation letter mentioning your full name as it is in your passport, Immigration File Number, receipt number and Visa Office File number at the top of each explanation sheet. For example:

Your Full Name
FSW Reference Number: BXXXXXXXXX
Payment Receipt Number: 00XXXXXXXX
Visa Office File Number: BXXXXXXXXX

at the bottom of each letter there should be your / your spouse signature and date for whom you are writing the letter. Be very careful of spelling mistakes and grammatical mistakes.

Do your PCC as later as possible (before sending the full docs), as it would be valid only for following 3/6 months.

Organize the papers according to the check list, put the explanation letters where it is needed. Do not put all the explanation letters all together. And at last do not staple any of the documents, use a paper clip to keep the documents as a file.

Feel free to ask if you need any further information.

Regards

Is there any penalty for stapling papers?

@ EMO

There is no penalty. but the Visa office recommends paper clips rather than stapling. It makes their work easy.
