arrangement of documents!!

Now.. final stage.. arranging documents before submission.. What is the best arrangement???

I have following documents:

- Document Checklist
- Study Permit Application (IMM1294)
- Family Information (IMM5645)
- Visa submission fee voucher
- Proof of employment for myself ( letter states that I will return back to country and re-join my post in 2012..)
- Original Passport (copy of pages too)
- Previous Passports
- CNIC Copy
- 2 Recent Photographs
- Original Bachelor Degree, Transcripts (copies also)
- Original FSc, and Metric Certificates (copies also)
- Bank Statements + Fixed Deposit Certificates (around CAD $44k, required to show, $25200)
- Police Clearance Certificate
- SOP
- Cover Letter
- Copy of Nikah Namaa (as a proof that I am married. My wife will be staying here)
Any other thing I am missing??

2) Photographs should have FULL NAME & DATE OF BIRTH PRINTED ON BACK SIDE

do v need to make Computriesed Nadra ID card in English for submission to visa? + can u send me ur job leave letter jst wanna c it for reference?

From experience, there is not right way to arrange the doucments, but I would follow the checklist, and arrange it how its in the check list, others may have different opinion.

1 - No property option is available. And it is also not necessary.. I have sufficient home ties (I guess)
2 - Exactly, Done
3 - It's very very simple, It mentions that company XYZ has employed me since etc etc.. I am currently working at etc etc position and being paid etc etc.. Some positive points about me.. than.. I'll be on leave since etc etc to etc etc and I will return back to my country to join my post.. at the end, email, phone, fax of the person who is writing this letter and post..

hmmm, I was exactly thinking about this too.. follow checklist and.. documents that do not have any checkboxes.. should go last in the arrangement.

No, I don't think so.. coz if it was necessary, than it should have been mentioned on the CHC Islamabad website. It isn't.

- SOP
- CV
- Proof of employment for myself ( letter states that I will return back to country and re-join my post in 2012..)
- Sponser's Letter (his/her other supporting documents)
- Bank Statements + Fixed Deposit Certificates (around CAD $44k, required to show, $25200)
- Police Clearance Certificate
- Original Passport (copy of pages too???????why pages? do you have any travelling history or do you have visas?)
- Previous Passports
- CNIC Copy
- Script Translation of CNIC to English (Do it on plain paper and get it attested by notary public)
- 2 Recent Photographs
- Original Bachelor Degree, Transcripts
- Original FSc, and Metric Certificates
No photocopies of transcript are required

Covering letter should be at the top of your application.. the first thing the VO shud see is ur covering letter.. afterall wt for are u providin covering letter?? if i am not mistaken covering letter means tht u write smething abt urself and abt the degreee u r pursuing and some oily statements about canada and its education and ur future plans bla bla.. if thats the case then Covering Letter shud b at the top...

Hi all,

Please remember that when you have filled the main application form(imm 1294).There is a special page that bears a unique code and a signature line.If you read the website,they state that this last page should appear at the top of each individual package.This page is generated when you have fillled the form and validated it.

In addition to this,i havent read anyone asking about the arragement of academic documents.Which sequence?
Am also in a similar situation.
