Arranged marriage question

Hello there I have another question just because I am really worried about the issue , I met my wife for the first time on the 2nd of dec 2009 and it was love at first site , we got engaged on the 6th of dec 2009 as I wanted to make a commitment before my went back to canada as my vacation was ending soon and we got married on the 4th of april 2010 . I am just wondering if immigration would have any problem with the short time gap there. I am a government employee and been working at the same job for 10 yrs , does that help me in any way.

what short time gap?And what is it you exactly want to know about the time gap from when you got engaed to the time you got married????

Hi sorry i was just wondering if immigration has any issues with arranged marriages taking place in such a short time gap , as I was told they might get suspicious due the short time gap between meeting your wife for the first time getting engaged and getting married in 4 months even though everything is legit, or is it hard to say what might they might find questionable.

Not likely they are well aware of arranged mariages,you just need to get lots of proof of your relationship so far like pictures when you were there letters from friends and realitives about the day,and make sure you document all the contact you had since you wedding,calls,emails.
But pictures are the best proof.it would even be better if you could revisit before you apply,there are many people that have married quickly after they met as some have met online planned everything before went to meet and got married.Did you know her before you married ?or did you marry just after you met,but like i said collect all proof that you are in love and married for love,and make sure you document everything after you got back here,

Pictures are the best..not just the ones that the two of you .but events...functions...that helps a lot....and even logs of communications that you have had since you got married...as long as you show convincing proof it will not matter...the key words..convincing proof...
