Not sure if there are any older posts related to this, but still posting. How do we plan for an arranged employment? Does it mean that we find a job of our own through the various postings once we get the visa? Or can that be done at an earlier stage itself (will the employers accept our request?). For eg, I have submitted my medicals and waiting for PPR, which I am aware that I have to wait for a period of time to get my entire process completed. It might be an early thought, but just wanted to check with all of you if it is a good attempt to try for employment at this stage, hoping the best would happen. Any thoughts?
