Hello ,
can anyone tell me after getting arranged employment offer do i need to wait till May for apply PR , as FSW programme is opening in May

no i don't think so.. u can still apply ! After 4th May 2013 the FSW application PR process is going to improve...so less time.

I think the difference being that prior to May 2013, applications with a job offer will be assessed under the old points matrix.
After May 2013 they will be assessed under the new points matrix, which I think favors younger applicants and language skills over work experience.

Somebody please correct me if I am wrong?
