Respected members,

I am currently working in Ontario under Intra Company Transferee Permit (LMIA Exempt) starting from 1st July 2019. I understand that this VISA doesn't come under Job Offer until I complete one year of employment in Canada.

I am in process of submitting my file for OINP and it is showing Arranged Employment under Mandatory documents which includes LMIA letter, work permit, job offer documents etc.

What am I supposed to upload under the arranged employment section as my work permit is LMIA exempt?

Your valuable thoughts are highly appreciated.

Provide a copy of the following documents to support your arranged employment in Ontario:
  1. Copy of your full-time job offer from an Ontario employer,
  2. Copy of your work permit, if you are currently working Ontario for the same employer who has offered you a job;
  3. A copy of the Labour Market Impact Assessment issued for your current work permit in Ontario.

Thank you,
Gary Singh Rai.

Hey, what you did in this case? Did you fill out anything in Arranged Employment when you are on LMIA Exempt?
