I applied to Quebec immigration sikll workers program in 2014 still waiting for preliminary evaluation
My question is if I am civil engineer with bac. Degree +5 years study
How many points I would be given by MIDI for education 10 or 8 as per my lawyer they might give only 8 because I am under level B in priority list
How usually Quebec offices treats this aspect by years of study of equivalent to Quebec degree
