Area of training for instrumentation and electronics engineering

I completed my be.sc Hons in Physics (3 years) and b.tech in instrumentation and electronics engineering (3 years).
What could be my area of training as there is no option for instrumentation and electronics engineering. Only electrical, electronics engineering and engineering options are there closest to my qualification.
