I am a chemical engineer (B.Sc. graduate). My job title is (Vis-breaking assistant Chemical Engineer ), with duties similar to NOC 9232 (Petroleum, gas and chemical process operators). Will I be eligible to apply for a (QSC) and attract the 6 points awarded to chemical engineers under the (Area of training) factor? .
NOTE: I have contacted immigration Quebec and attorneys, but couldn't find an answer, so I thought it would be helpful for lot of people to discuss this issue here (i.e. Quebec skilled worker immigration application eligibility).
