Hi guys and gals - hope all are well. I have a question if you would not mind.

Question 28 on the Sponsored Spouse Questionnaire (IMM5490) states "Are you currently living with your sponsor?".
My answer is no, and has always been no unfortunately due to the distance what with my spouse living in Vancouver and myself in London. We only recently performed the civil ceremony, and will be moving in together after our wedding celebration in August.
Having said this, saying "no" to this question leaves me to answer the following - "When did your sponsor return to Canada?"......... what do I do here?

Really would appreciate any guidance you would be able to offer on this.

Thank you all as always!

Generic form, generic question. Just explain your own situation, using an additional sheet if needed.

For our specific application, we put the date that I returned to Canada from last visiting my wife in Cuba. If your spouse has never visited you in London, then put N/A and explain the situation.
