Are separate applications needed for sponsoring spouse and dependent kids

Hi there, please advise. I am so confused. I am a PR and preparing to sponsor my spouse and two kids via 'Spouse in Canada class' category. Do i have fill 3 applications separately or 1 application is fine? If its one application my checklist is IMM 5533 and if separate then for my spouse I need to use IMM5533 and for kids 5534. But I am applying for them together. They are all living with me now in Canada and are current on visitor status. Please advise quickly if possible. thanks alot.

You sponsor your spouse and her dependents ie children in one application.

Sorry, I don't do the forms by number. Read the instructions again and read carefully. You may be in a hurry but if you don't understand the basics of the forms, you're better to take your time and do it properly, check three times at least. Lots more time wasted by applying with mistakes or incomplete - IRCC does send them back.
