Hi everybody. I'll be applying for visa soon under SPP. i wanted to ask if IT return documents are requied for it? My counsellor told me they are. Please help!

no way ,IT returns are not required at all ,go through vfs checklist urself...& do not believe consultants...

Not required.....
1)Application Form
2)Original passport
3)Family information form and student quesstionnaire
4)Two photographs
4)Offer letter from college
5)IMM 5476 form
6)Ielts marksheet
7)10th,12th,diploma/bachelor marksheets
8)Wiretransfer of 1st year payments of college
9)Gic or loan
10)Medical
Consultants take IT returns from students but we have to not keep ITreturns in visa file....Its just for refrence purpose....

It is not required for file. But you need to give estimate for you support of studies. That should be more than 15000$ for some reasons...that is sum of your income + savings +fds etc.

i've paid my fees with our own money and took loan against fixed deposit for living expenses. How can you show more than 15,000$ CAD?

hey hey hey please show it returns..its compulsary..or show form number 16..check its mention in vfs spp general..

you have to show 4-5 lakh rupees to make sure you can support your studies while you are in canada... you dont have to keep that in file...
you can show it by any one of this :
1)bank savings account
2)FD
3)mutual fund
4)shares-dmat account
5)PF/PPF/GPF
anything from this... this u can give to your consultants but not in visa file.......this is in spp......

There is a question in form in which they ask for funds available to support your studies. You dont have to attach any documents to support this. But there is a slight chance that they ask you to show your ITR or other sources information as an inquiry but as i said chance of this is very less.

yes pawan deep is right....... but very less chance that u get phonecall from visa officer about this inquiry.....

Oh man!! I've heard balance should be maintained for like 3 months! if i put money now will it be considered!?

thbaks aman. mere paas hai it return but mummy ka maiden naam hai usmein islie i am worried to submit it.
