Are in person oath ceremonies back?

The IRCc website still says that all in person oathceremonies have been cancelled, but I see a couple of people mentioning they had in peerson oath recently. Are in person ceremonies back?

It is mix of both - In-person and Virtual as of now for the same offices. Not sure how they decide.
