Just talked to an agent in IRCC, and I was realized that my application still under processing in the Montreal office with no update since last September!!!
Are FSW-Inland applications from 2020 being processed?

Can we even apply again through the new PR pathway as we already have an application in progress?
I can see a few august n sep aors fsw inland get copr as per immitracker. And even in less than 6 months they got as per the tracker.
Unfortunately, we can't. The CIC portal won't let you create the second express entry application if you already have an open one. Withdrawing the existing application also does not seem to be a good option, because withdrawal process will likely take several months.
I don’t think this process will be on the express entry stream. I believe you can apply for both
