No but your savings are so low that you are dependent on foodbanks that could lead to being required to prove that you can afford to sponsor a partner. If IRCC realizes you need the food bank to provide food for your family there is a very good chance that your would receive a procedural fairness letter and you could be denied for not having sufficient income to support your family. IRCC doesn’t want to approve sponsorships that will place more demand on charities or social services to cover you basic living expenses expenses it do. If you received welfare you wouldn’t qualify to apply for sponsorship but if you are dependent on foodbanks your application could be denied. I would strongly suggest you increase your income so you have more disposable income and savings so you can show your can support your family without the need for charities for basic living.
