Are Engineering diploma programs better at Humber College or Centennial College ?

Hi,
I am kind of confused between Humber College and Centennial College for Electrical Engineering Technology (Control Systems) to get a diploma.

I just had a B-tech in Electrical Power Systems and wish to pursue studies in Canada but not being able to pay for the university I intend to get into a College graduate then get a PR before going into the university for Masters but I want the best College for my field.

Please kindly help me with this.
