Are colleges sending Orignal Acceptence letter by normal mail or courier?

Dear all,

what are the normal practice of the College to send Documents?? DO they send acceptence letter through any courier service or by normal mail.. i am living in sharjah and i don't have any personal email and i don't want any of my document to come on office P.O.Box...... Its been 10 days waiting my Orignal acceptence letter and worried like what kind they use to send me the letter??

usually, it's not required. email is good enough as CIC or CHC do not require to see original hard copy and email print out for them is good enough as all the information is cross verified. However, upon your landing in the college, you will have all your docs in hard copy format.

Hi Sabby thanks for the information.. but what i know you donot need to submit orignal documents except the letter of acceptence.... they ened orignal letter of acceptence!!!!

When i applied for my Visa, College send the Original LOA by mail before my banking work for funds.
That time the process was quick. So you will need to wait.

Still i'm studying.
But near to my graduation.

Just FYI. when you apply for the first time with college, they offer you conditional offer letter which usually has just one condition - fee payment. once you are done with all other formalities and have paid fee. they send you unconditional letter which you need to attach to your visa file. As mentioned earlier, Print out of an email LOA is as good as a hard copy received from college.

But if you attached with it the payment reciept of the conditional letter will it not work??? why you need an unconditional letter if u have the payment of reciept showing you have done with your payment???? I could not nderstand.. already the LOA take more then a month to reach after getting payment you will ask them again and it will take more 1 month to get the LOA unconditional and then....

As I said, you need not wait for hard copy being sent by college. and yes you are right about attaching payment receipt along with conditional LOA as well. However, once your payment is through, college sends you email with unconditional letter. hence, either way, it's good to go.

I heared at the port of entry they ask fr college acceptence letter also?? is email print out enough?? or they also look for Orignal?
