ARC under Quebec skilled worker

Does anyone have been requested ARC after deportation and applied under Quebec skilled worker program. My cas is in Mexico

Hello amigo,

I am on the same situation as you, I'm planning to apply for a QSW but I also require an ARC. I had the chance to speak to someone who is also under the same situation apparently he wasn't asked to submit ARC while applying for QSW but was requested for one on the federal part.

I went to interview and I get CSQ. Then I applied under Federal process. I did security check and medical examinations and now they asked me for ARC. I'm very nervouws because I read that ARC could be refused even If you reach alll ther requeriments to get PR

Amigo,

You need the assistance of a lawyer to file an A.R.C for you and yes an A.R.C can be denied it all depends on the reasons why you were deported if you departed when you were supposed to, have no criminal record and paid for your air ticket, you have a very, very good chance because you have the backing of QSW, if you were to apply for a tourist visa for example not in a 100 years they would grant you an A.R.C

Looks better now huh? so you filed your QSW application on 09-09-2010 and you didnt get your interview until Nov.17/2011 that is more than a year!! just for QSW.... How long did your interview last? Was it all in French, what did they ask you? sorry for so many questions but I will follow your footsteps soon..

Yes,

80% in French...rest on English....took around 1 1/2 hour. Then I got CSQ

Today CIC received mi ARC application. I read that you sent me. I'm very hope. We are a family with 2 kids

I am glad it was useful for you, what kind of French test did you submit and what is your level of French? why do QSW last so long??

GOOD LUCK on your ARC!! like I said before if you did not do anything wrong or against the law, you should be just fine.

No French test. I had interview before the new changes for testing languages.

I lived in Canada and claimed refugee. It was denied and we returned to our country paying by myself air ticket.
