ARC help needed

I applied for mother-in-law visitor visa with ARC as she was deported back in 2005 after denial of Refugee Case. The visa was refused but the visa officer never update about ARC.

what should be the next step? Should we wait for response on ARC! Or ask for fee reversal?

Because i paid 460$ extra for ARC. And they didn’t update anything about authorisation to return to Canada.
It’s just generic refusal.

Did the ARC get refused? When did you apply for ARC?

I applied for ARC with TrV.
And never get any update on ARC.

How fast did you get the TRV refusal? When did you apply? The ARC may not have been processed yet.

We got an answer in like 2 weeks time.
ARC was just an letter of explanation with payment receipt attached with TRv application as a part of it

I got a letter from immigration officer to submit Authorization to return to Canada (ARC) letter for my visitor visa (Super visa) application. In the below site, it is said ARC application can be submitted through online but i don't see any instruction for online ARC application.
