Hello everyone. this may be a silly question and may be already answered but ok here goes
I payed for my husbands arc fee back in march 2011 and since then I call in western union to find out if the cheque has been cashed and nothing am worried if they lost it or its not valid but when my lawyer sent them an email they say my application is in queque to be reviewed by a visa officer thats it, as well do they cash the arc at the end when am going to get approval/ denial or at the beginning, any thoughts, Thanks a million
