Arabic to English Translation (Passport Entry / Exit stamps) URGENT HELP!!

Do we need to translate all previous stmaps before 5 years from the date of submission of citizenship application OR only those stamps which are are within 5 years date?
In my case I have multiple stamps on the same passport most of when before 5 years and few within, so do I need to get my whole passport translated?

Any good reference for certified translator (Arabic to English). I have many stamps and few visas.

When they translate the dates, do they put the Hijri dates or Gregorian dates on the translation.
