Yes that's normal. Now you'll have to wait for AOR. Seems to be taking 2 to 3 months nowadays.

Yes, most likely, this is the trend we’ve been seeing. Folks who upload only the front page of their ID and not the back got their application returned

Why aren't they asking for the documents just like PR rather than returning the application?
