How does any one know if Oath is in-Person or virtual, if no communication is received yet? The orange box in tracker does not specify anything, neither this link : https://secure.cic.gc.ca/CeremonyCeremonie/en/Home

I got an oath invitation email which has a pdf of virtual oath ceremony details including the zoom link

What I haven’t received is an email with details on how to get the e-certificate.
The pdf mentions I should get another email with such instructions.

Hi Guys. I am about to submit the citizenship application for my self. I have a question where it says in the citizenship application, did you extend your work permit. I said yes. and the following question is - Was the application approved - I said no. (because I withdrew application my self), next question is - Date of decision for the refused extension - Here I had to put the date before I became PR which was July 11 but I got my withdrawal confirmation in GC key on August 2nd. because the system does not accept a date after the date of becoming a PR.

Do you guys think I should create word file with an explanation that my application for extension of work permit was not refused but I withdrew it because I got my PR and the date of decision was August 2nd in the optional document section of citizenship application.

I would recommend raising this question with IRCC webform. That way you have a clear answer and written proof on guidance and steer clear of any accidental misrepresentation.

That's going to take some time and likely they will not provide either clear answer or written proof.

I have everything same as yours, except LPP shows in progress for me.
My AOR was 26 May, background check was August 28.
Everything else is in progress. Waiting…….

This letter is regarding the clarification for extension of the work permit application I made on
June 14th 2023.

As soon as I got confirmation of permanent residence for Canada on July 11th 2023,
I withdrew the application for the work permit extension by creating a webform on July 12th
2023. On August 2nd 2023, I got confirmation that it had been withdrawn.

In the application for Citizenship, There is a section of physical presence where it says -
Was the extension approved? I selected NO from the drop down menu and the system
was not allowed to put August 2nd 2023 as the Date of decision for the refused
extension, because it's past the date of becoming a permanent resident which was on July
11th, 2023, I had no choice but to put July 10th 2023.

I hope I was clear enough to explain the scenario.

Sure.

I wrote something like this. Am I missing anything?

Looks fine to me. You may wish to clarify earlier in the letter and state specifically that your work permit extension was not refused, but withdrawn (because not needed with receipt of PR status). And go over once more perhaps to simplify/for language.
