does anyone have any difficulty in opening the tracker account to track citizenship application? I received my AOR but cannot track application with my UCI and application number.

I am also getting an error - "We’re experiencing a technical difficulty". Most probably as it is still early. Will let you know once I am in.

That's great. I also received the AOR on 26th but unable to create tracker yet. It is giving me this message.
"Incorrect or invalid information. Review and make sure it matches the information submitted on the Use of a Representative [IMM 5476] form or the Authority to Release Personal Information to a Designated Individual [IMM 5475] form. If you can’t create an account, it may be because your client’s application is not in our system yet."

It is usually a few days (say 1-7 days) before the tracker account can be created. You should get an invitation/info letter about the tracker (separate from AOR), which seems to come a bit after the tracker account can be created.

So either wait or just try it once a day.

Thanks. I tried again now. I was able to link the application and log into the tracker account.

I really must commend Armoured for timely responses to people’s inquiries . His insights are mostly helpful.
