I am wondering if my application is getting late or if that is normal. I see people applied after me, and they finished almost everything. Any advice?

This is normal. The current processing time is 10 months. Even when we applied in April, it was 7 months. Neither of those milestones have been hit, so best to just wait and relax as best you can
