I have applied TRV in April for my mother and me.
Received PPR for me
But my mother's is stuck in Background check>>> not sure why

Have anyone faced such issues.

Hello Friends,
I applied super visa for my parents around mid April and still I haven’t received passport request. I used new IRCC Portal for this application and status is processing.

But many of the people I know who applied super visa after me, have received passport requests within a month or two.
is anyone else in same situation?

It is Monday Morning IST (Indian Standard Time). Though I am not entirely sure, I personally feel that the PPR emails are “scheduled emails”.

May be scheduled. Bcos even I got on Sunday. 17jun Friday it started eligibility review,,On 19 jun Sunday midnight my gc account was showing in process and on 20jun morning 6am it was showing approved along with PPR and BVL

On July 15th 9 AM and I am still seeing the error it's been 4 days

I have tried on safari, internet explorer, chrome from phone and desktop.
I have also tried after clearing my cache on both devices.
I am able to download my dad’s document but I am not able to download my mom’s document.

@kickb I did get biometric request, and in that too my mother’s biometric request was delayed.
