My application was saying we are processing your background check now it’s saying back ground check has not started yet we are reviewing your eligibility what does that mean
UPDATE :
In Canada Declaration, address & picture uploaded on 21st Sept when i received the Portal Invite.
Received my E-COPR yesterday, 26 Sept 2022.
PR Tracker case CLOSED
GC Key i removed my Immi rep and linked my PR Application says its APPROVED, PR card has been Dispatched.

I just submitted a sponsorship application for my husband, he already works here (holds a PGWP), we have no dependents. While tracking the application (sent by Canada Post to Mississauga), they already received it. We were just wondering if we should try linking the application to my CIC account or what sort of communication should we expect from this point forward? Appreciate your input, please!

what is approved in principle? will they send this to gckey, prtracker or email?
