Your only option here is to call IRCC and confirm the email address they have on file for you, I think they will be able to provide the Application # during the call as well. Is the information in old ECAS correct? If you have a representative the email may have gone to the representative email address.

At least you have access through old ECAS.
Thanks for input. There is no representative. Email is correct and I can see stuff on old e-Case.

Submitted web form. Do you know in how many days they reply on web form questions ?

You will probably be required to submit Fingerprints, usually BG is completed before test invite, but it appears that you are an exception, every local office has its own metrics and rules!!! What is your test window? Please let us know once you have received the actual test invite. Thanks
My test window is Nov. 12th - Dec. 2nd. I'll let you know when I get the actual emails with the information about the testing.

Usually, they reply back within 3-5 days, but now with resources allocated to Afghan cases,, it could be longer.

If its a family application (2 together) then all need to pass the test.

My TEST status changed to In Progress and test date is in November (May applicant). I haven't recieved any email. How many days after the status change do we get email with instructions for the test?

What happens to my family’s applications for citizenship if there is a problem with one of our applications?
You and your family can apply for citizenship together by including your applications in one envelope. Your applications will be processed together. If one or more of the applications are missing necessary information or documents, all of the applications in the envelope will be returned.
If we receive the necessary information and documents, applicants 18 to 54 years of age when they signed their application will be invited to write the citizenship test.
After the test, you or a family member may be asked to:
If this happens, we may process the other family members’ applications separately. This process might mean that they will attend an earlier citizenship ceremony and become citizens faster than the one re-writing the test or attending the interview.
We will tell you before we process your family’s applications separately. We will also send you a form that you can use to ask us to process the applications together. If you want the applications processed together, we will pause the other family members’ applications until after the second test or interview.
If citizenship is then granted after the second test/interview, all family members will attend the same ceremony.

Yes, you will receive the actual test invitation email with PDF documents providing instructions about the test, it will arrive 1 or 2 days before the start window of the test.

So this mean if some one failed in the test the other one will proceed for the oath ?
