Congratulations, this has been updated in the spreadsheet!! 2 to 4 months could background verification completed or they could ask for fingerprints, after that could be test invite, probably in 4 to 6 months from now.

A lot of April people have received their AORs now. I was hoping to get a response about my situation
When I followed up with IRCC about my application (online) they said they dont have it in their system
Although I received a confirmation email and even on the portal it says that application is submitted
I havent received my AOR (April 8th submission)
Should I call them about this?

no, you should wait for up to 10 days after someone with a similar submission date gets AOR.
an Apr.9th candidate got AOR on Aug.21, you should wait till end of this week

There is no need to call them, they won't be able or have any information about your application, until you have received AOR. All what they will tell you for now is Wait until AOR is received, but if it gives you comfort you can try and call them.

That's also true. It would be a waste of 4 months to have to resubmit the application but fingers crossed
