Received my Citizenship Certificate today

was there an option to pick up the certificate in person instead of having to wait two weeks for it to be delivered?

I wasn’t given an option to collect in-person, not sure if that’s something they offer.

If it helps, I received the certificate in my mail in 6 days. Which is pretty quick.

Hi everyone,

I just wanted to update you. On April 20, I received invitation (by email) to take test. Test window April 22-May 12. I took the test on April 25 and passed it. April 26 I see my tracker updated to test in progress and they are informing me to take test (which i already had). Now waiting for ceremony *fingers crossed*

On new tracker test shows completed. When should I expect ceremony ?

The online tracker today (April 27) got updated. Now the status for Language, prohibitions and physical presence is showing as "Completed" for me and my wife but for our son, it's still showing in progress.
Does anyone know if this is normal?

If your son is a minor, it’s completely normal. Pretty sure nothing will update for him until you do your oath.

So you mean, upon receiving the oath ceremony request our son's status will automatically be completed?

once your application is complete and marked closed (after oath), his will be too if he is a minor. Other than that, no updates.

Not sure. It could be anywhere from a couple of weeks to a few months. :/

Hello, my profile got updated yesterday (April 25 2022) that I have been scheduled for oath ceremony on May 3, 2022. However, I have not received any email with zoom link and other details. Is it normal for oath ceremony email to be sent after profile update?

I believe its virtual but I am yet to receive the instructions.
