My citizenship application has been updated. It is now asking to do online citizenship test. Is this test same as in person test? Study material are same as in person test in a test center?

Any common questions for the test please? Any list for questions?

Also, my Language Skills, Physical Presence, Citizenship Test are all "In Progress". Is it normal?

Thank you.

It’s the same as the in-person test, it only started being delivered online due to the pandemic. You’re meant to study from the guide “Discover Canada” guide https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/corporate/publications-manuals/discover-canada.html

I personally skimmed the Discover Canada guide once, then did all the past questions from https://www.yourlibrary.ca/citizenship/ twice.
ApnaToronto questions are also a good practice resource. I did the questions during my work breaks to reinforce learning. https://www.apnatoronto.com/canadian-citizenship-test-practice/

I don’t know what your strengths are, but unless English isn’t your first language, the exam is very easy, in my opinion. Getting a good photo of the ID, before the test, was the trickiest part lol

It’s also normal to have those 3 sections still in progress. They’re always the last to show “completed” before Oath activity.
Best of luck!

You don't have to remember all those names and years. But understand it instead.

I only read the book 1 time to capture the general information; then practiced online tests. While practicing, I also related the answer to the book to fully understand the answer. And that helps a lot on my test in late Jan 2022. Because some of the questions on my test are the answer on the practice test for example.

Below is 2 sites where I practiced online test.
https://www.yourlibrary.ca/citizenship/
https://www.torontopubliclibrary.ca/new-to-canada/citizenship.jsp

Below is another sample I found online and at least 4 of my questions are on this sample.

Good luckkkkk!
