April 2020 outland spousal sponsership

Our application file was received on 9th April, 2020 but we haven't got any email about AOR1. Today is 6th August, 2020 and still we are waiting for AOR1 as we heard that it will maximum take 90 days but now almost 117 days have gone.
Please kindly tell us what to do?

According to the spreadsheet, no one has had a look in for AOR1 since about February 2020.
