My cermoney is scheduled for March 21.
But I haven't received the instructions letter yet.
My status is updated on December 17 and it said that they SENT me the instruction but if I haven't received it by the date of appointment I should call them:

Hello Everyone, Thank you for all the information provided. I had applied in April 2020 for me, my wife and 4 kids (below 18) from Saskatoon.
I had passed the test on Sep 13th (my wife also) and on the new portal its shows every thing is complete except the ceremony.
There was once an update on file on Dec. 14th 2021, but nothing changed on the new portal so I had checked the old portal and it was "decision made" for everyone in the family. I received a letter from Canada government to join a survey on how did we do, and in the letter mentioned that their records show that decision made on my application.
For the kids, in their new portal shows everything in process except the prohibition is completed, but the old portal says "decision made" this really made me confused
My question, did anyone have the same scenario where the old portal shows decision made and the new one is not.

That is an automated tracker, the applications that are still stuck dont move even though the tracker shows they are finalizing , I know people who applied in September & October 2019 didnt see much activity although the website showed they are finalizing for those weeks.
I received my citizenship certificate on Monday and my passport today. This group has helped me a lot while waiting for my status to be finalized. Thank you all very much for your support. Good luck to everyone, and to those still waiting, I hope your applications will be completed soon!
I finally did my citizenship ceremony yesterday March 30th. It was initially scheduled for October 23, 2021 but I was not in Canada at that time and had to ask for it to be rescheduled. Oh well, all is well that ends well. I’m glad this is almost over 
I did my oath ceremony on 24th march 2022, My file status is completed/closed on 1st April 2022 and since 24th March 2022 I'm Canadian Citizen but still waiting for Citizenship Certificate to apply Canada Passport. How long it will takes time after the oath ceremony can anyone share their experiences!!!
