Did your medical ever expired in the process and if yes, after how much time it was extended or got a request to redo?

@legalfalcon ,
I have a query, my AOR is April 2020, my application is not touched since aug2020, I have raised a webform recently stating my medicals expired and no decision is taken on it since nov2020, and requested Ircc to forward a note to processing officer to look at medicals at least as it might still delay and already 10 months completed. Now I received an update that my webform details are forwarded to concerned officer.
question is , if a note is sent to an officer viz webform, is it mandatory for an officer to look at whatis sent viz webform or it is not required for an officer to look into it and they can look into it whenever they thinkit is ideal time

@legalfalcon Can I apply to any work permit other than the bridging work permit as an express entry candidate? Currently IRCC is allowing PGWP holders to extend it for 18 months and I want to apply for that instead because the duration doesn't depend on my EE application decision. Also my current PGWP expires July 17, 2021 and right now I am waiting for IRCC to extend my medial or ask for remedical. I passed everything else so should I even bother extending the work permit?

If you are on a PGWP you can renew it under the new policy. However, it Is a one time thing. After your PGWP expires, you will have to switch to BOWP.
