I don’t see any good news coming my way in 2020 based on how slowly things are moving, partly due to lack of responsibility and accountability from IRCC.

Apparently, their staff have more resources now to work from home (according to Mendicino), still people AOR from January are stuck in the same stage as they were 3-4 months ago.

AOR- 28 April
Eligibility recommended passed.
I am bio-exempt, but no change in my account yet.
1-Do I need to send a web form for bio letter validity?
2-I know my last status, are there any other advantages like fasting the process, if order a GCMS note?

That's what I was told when I called them about 2 weeks ago. The agent said once I submit my biometrics I should hear some news within a month. I have my Biometrics submitted in Barbados on Sep 23 and the status was updated to "September 23, 2020 Completed" under my application profile right after the submission. So far... nothing’s changed. Has your background check updated from IP?
