Hi: I got ITA and uploaded all documents this month through CEC category. But my work hours can't reach 30 house per week because of the virus. If I apply CERB will it affect the result of my application?

You are lucky that your meds were done, many people are waiting for even the meds.

Has anybody received BIL?

Technically, IRCC website says " If you’re in Canada and receive a biometrics instruction letter, you can give your biometrics as of December 3, 2019, at any designated Service Canada location from this list. Not every Service Canada location collects biometrics.

To receive a biometrics instruction letter, you must pay the biometrics fee (CAD $85) when submitting your application online or by mail.

If you apply online and pay the biometrics fee when you submit your application, you can get the biometrics instruction letter within 24 hours of applying."

So... why have not received the BIL? I know covid is impacting all of this, but we would still need the letter sooner rather than later... OR they may go ahead and process without it? (doubt it)

As of now all Service Canada offices are closed for in person appointments. Also, Service Canada staff is working on EI and CERB applications. BIL will be delayed. No need to worry, everyone is in the same boat.

As things clear up in the next 1-2 months, things will be back to normal or there will be an alternative available.

Not worried. I know SC is closed. However BIL is automated from when you pay the fee and comes from IRCC to then book appointment (which that won’t be possible). I’m wondering if they are no longer issuing BILs as they may waive this requirement to inland applicants as before Dec.. will see

Hello,

Received my ITA on Apr 17.CEC outland so far was able to.upload all document. Currently in India PCC is schedule for 5 may and will take medical appointment upfront once done with PCC. I have a question in my upload document it shows proof of funds required but since I am a CEC stream I read on website that proof of funds is not required to show. So what should i upload there Also I stayed in Canada from 2012 to 2018 and had to leave because my score was 438 and was ran out of visa and cut off was high so was not able to receive ITA so moved back to India but in upload document they didn't ask for Canadian PCC. Also they asked me to pay $85 for biometric in my payment section. Sorry for too many questions can somebody help.I am planning to submit all my documents by may 15
Thank you

If you are applying under CEC you do not need to show PoF. You can write a LoE and put this in there and explain it. The RCMP PCC is usually not asked, it will be requested later. However, you can send it now or later when asked.
