Hi Oulrish, i sent my Schedule A and PCC last week on monday by Courier .. since then i haven't hear anything from CIC ..ECAS still shows Application received ..do you have any idea how long they take for the next step

It took 2 weeks from the time they received it to the time they transferred the file to the VO. I received an email then stating that it was transferred out.

Hi, Just now called IRCC on +1 (613) 944 4000 but could not be connected to an agent due to high call volume. It was confirmed by IVR - (1) Application received on April 18. (2) The additional documents you provided has been received. (3) Medical successful.

ECAS shows two lines -
1. Application received on April 18
2. Medical results have been received

GCKey shows -
1. Additional documents you provided have been uploaded.
2. Background Check - Not Applicable.

Any advice what to do next or whats the current application status? Thanks

Mine shows the same:
We received <PA's Name>'s application for permanent residence on April 13, 2017.
Medical results have been received.

congrats bud !.. besides I see your spouse hasn't recievd any medical request yet correct ? I am in the same boat. I have submitted the schedule A and PCC but no medical request from CIC yet. Do you think we should contact them (since everyone else has been receiving Medical request) or its a norm ?

SA: may 2 Doc's Request may 4: Schedule A and digital photo , pcc with initial application . File Transfer VO México: may 15. Aor2: Jun 2 ECAS Process and Medical received. GCey process:Jun 6. Application statues: we are processing your application. Review of eligibility: we are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements. Medical results: you passed the medical exam Additional documents: the additional documents you provided have been uploaded. Interview: you do not need an interview. Biometrics: we do not need your fingerprints. Background check: your application is in progress . We will send you a message when we star your background. What is the next step? How much longer will we have to wait? Anybody with similar lines of the VO in Mexico City?? What worries me is that background ground check haven't been started? Or am I wrong and maybe they are processing them. It says application in progress we will send you a message once we have started.
