happened to us and we never got more details on schedule a so we just mailed it

where did you email it?

I have a similar situation... my sponsor got an SA and email saying that PA will receive in 5 days whereas its been 10 days i haven't received any.. we called CIC and they said they have sent us 10 days back and i have not received it n they said they will send but still waiting.. any suggestions

Hey guys, question regarding application status in ECAs- My account and my husbands account changed from Application received to In process. However, I still haven't received my Sponsor Approval but we did receive a request for Schedule A and Police Certificate and it was received by them this week. Is this normal?

After you get the document request from IRCC you will see the upload section in GCKey from where you will be able to upload the individual documents. Take care to read the IRCC "Request Letter" for instructions. Like for PCC it should be the original (Color) scan only.

looks like MyCIC has updated with the following message:

We are currently experiencing very high traffic on our online services. You may have difficulty accessing them. We are working to resolve this issue.

• If you are unable to submit a document on time as a result of the technical difficulties, try again over the next few days. If you are concerned about missing your deadline, submit the requested documents using the IRCC Webform.
• You may see an incorrect application status asking for a medical exam or additional documents. If you actually need to send any documents or do a medical, you will see a message in your account and a letter explaining what you need to do.

It isn't, nothing wrong with ECAS. You will receive an email shortly that your file has been transferred to a VO. They will also let you know which VO.

Thanks, however we "haven't" received the medical request yet, except for glitching CIC.

Actually, I called the panel physician, and they did try to check using my UCI number on their e Medical platform.. And there were no records. They will only proceed if there is a IME (or valid UCI) number/record on the eMedical

I haven't received my SA yet (AOR1 received on May 25) but my spouse's linked appication shows the following "We are reviewing the results of your medical exam.". It appears to be a glitch since no medical exam was requested nor done. I guess I will call IRCC sometime next week to figure out what is going on out there

Its normal because usually if you receive SA, sponsor ecas should be DM

Looks like CIC fixed the medical issue, my status says "if you need medical exam, a msg with instruction will be sent to you". They received my Sch A & Pcc though which is a relief

How did you know they received it? Just uploaded my schedule A on gckey yesterday,

I called today & they confirmed. Also my sponsor's gckey acc says "additional documents have been uploaded". On Ecas her status show "in process" which was "application reveived" before.

Oh, you're right. Got an email/letter that it's sent to VO for processing.

I am kind of worried now. No further updates after requesting schedule A on may 15 which I uploaded online on may 23.
Is this normal or should I contact them, Please advise guys
