I have not received anything yet. Which office did you send your application to?

Mississauga.. i just called them 5 mins before..
They said they are still working on April 3 files... so nothing in system wait 1 week she said.... mine was rcvd on april 5.

My application was received on April 10th 2017 and I got a text confirming receipt in the mailroom on April 11th 2017. No AOR as of yet still awaiting. Sitting back patiently. It will have been 2 weeks exact tomorrow since they text me, so I am sure I will have AOR by the end of May latest.

Mine received April 5th too...nothing yet ... getting frustrated why taking too long... hopefully this week we have the approval now...

I sent my application via XPost on April 21 and its status is still "out for delivery". I was so concerned that Canada Post lost the package that I called them and opened a service ticket yesterday and two hours later I received a text message stating that my family sponsorship application has arrived to the IRCC mailroom. This means IRCC has not only received but already opened it whether Canada Post online tracking tool does not represent an actual status of delivery (in my case). Well I am eligible for a full refund of postal fees because the package has been delivered later that their "guaranteed delivery date"

I'm happy to hear this cause I sent mine the 28th of April and it's still out for delivery, Xpost says they received it but since its a large facility it may take time for them to process it.

You are correct, I managed to get them on the phone and they mentioned the same thing. Guess we keep waiting.

I guess i am still hopeful then. i was just thinking that my application is getting returned since, haven't heard anything.

You're application is at the same office or a different one? Each office's processing backlog, time-frame are different.

Can you check your ECAS or myCIC link? most April 3 applicants received med request...
