Hi guys,

I have the following queries:

A. Medical Request: We have received IMM1017 form and in the instructions, we are asked to submit it to the physician. After my spouse does the medicals, I suppose we will get emedical form the doctor. Do we need to upload the emedical sheet through the linked application on My CIC? If yes, I currently do not see an upload option. Please clarify what you guys have done.
B. Police Clearance Certificate: I got my sponsor approval. In the approval letter, it is stated that my spouse will receive a request for Schedule A. I thought Schedule A and PCC got together. When do they request police certificate? Please advise.

A. The applicant must print the medical form and bring it along with her on the day of the appointment. The medical staffs will fill in the form based on the results and will eventually send it to the office electronically. You will not receive the filled in the test results.

B. The applicant should be receiving a correspondence requesting for additional documents (Schedule A, PCC, other documents depending on your situation). As of late I know that a lot of people have had technical issues on their account (including myself). There are no upload field on the CIC account. Verify your spouse's ECAS status and see if it says that the correspondence email has been sent out. Most likely it has but your spouse has not received any email yet. In that case I would advise you to call the IRCC Call Centre to enquire. They could ask you to upload whichever requested documents through the IRCC Webform. Please ensure you enquire before taking the next step.

Hi, I got my SA today and in it it says we need to submit the IMM5669 - Schedule A. But it says if the PA hasn't received the official request, they will get. To others that are ahead on this step, can you confirm you got another request to submit Schedule A?

Also, did you guys submit the IMM5669 from 12-2012 or the eIMM5669 from 01-2017? Will there be an option to upload to my linked account or I should mail to CPC Mississauga?

I got my AOR on the 11th, and the request for the Schedule A (eIMM5669), PCC, and photos on the 17th. Once you log in there is a section where requested documents are shown, you can upload them there or you can mail them in.

We just completed schedule A, my wife has lived 13 different places in the past 10 years so that was difficult for us. It wouldn't allow me to enter her part time jobs she had while she was studying so I submitted without them and I will call on Monday to let them know. I'm not sure if this would matter or not but I don't want them to think that we were lying on the application.

What Form did you use? Is it the one that has a "VALIDATE" button and is updated January 2017? or the one that is dated 2012?

A. I'm unsure about emedicals. Based on the guide I don't know what it is. But yes just provide the form to the doctor when the applicant is getting the test done and the staff will take care of everything post test.

B. There's a link in my signature to ecas. It's another portal whereby both the sponsor and applicant can get status on how the application is progressing. It's just another status tool.

We had the same problem. It was because we had some overlap. I put in my wifes part time jobs. The file won't allow you to validate if you were doing two things at one time.
