After getting the application back that was originally submitted in January, my bf re sent his application and it was received on April 15th.

Quick question MB ? Did he paid again for the application fee? Or when an application is returned you get your money back?

I had to call CIC about that because we paid up front on line and when they returned the application on the letter they sent it said "you have not been charged the fee" it didn't say anything about refunding our money and we had already been charged back in January when we did it on line so I found the statement that they had not charged us strange.

When I called CIC she said to just send in the same receipt and that they would not have refunded the fee. I have not seen any big refund on my credit card either so I assume they don't refund it unless you specifically ask them too.
